Master students of the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 1 to April 12, 2024 successfully passed internship in the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev.

On November 9, 2023, a memorandum of cooperation was concluded between the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Academy of Justice) and the Ural State Law University named after V. F. Yakovlev (hereinafter - UrSLU).  The memorandum was concluded in the field of educational and methodological, research and scientific-practical activities, as well as training of professional personnel and their advanced training. As part of the Memorandum of Cooperation, the undergraduates of the Academy of Justice successfully passed the internship in full-time at the Institute of Additional Education of UrSLU. The delegation was headed by the Doctor of Philosophy, Professor T. K. Burbayev.

On the first day of training, a warm and friendly meeting took place with the leadership of the UrSLU, headed by the rector, Doctor of Law Vladimir Alexandrovich Bublik. The partners expressed their willingness to make every effort to ensure a high-quality educational process.

Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Tuleugali Kayyrzhanovich Burbayev made a welcoming speech on behalf of the Academy of Justice.

In accordance with the program of internship undergraduates for ten days attended training sessions (lectures, practical seminars), the undergraduates met with judges of the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Sverdlovsk Regional Court. The program included the study of the theory and practice of the organization of scientific research, topical issues of civil law and foreign economic activity, criminal, financial and tax law, civil and arbitration process, Criminal proceedings, as well as administrative cases.

During the internship, undergraduates gained access to electronic resources of the library of the Russian university, educational and methodical materials on the studied courses, undergraduates had the opportunity to use the scientific fund to collect additional material on the topics of master’s projects.

During the internship undergraduates received valuable experience, a lot of new knowledge and positive feedback from scientific managers.

Great practical experience and professional skills of lecturers, a high level of organization of the educational process, an actual and substantial program of internship was the key to interesting, useful and quality training of undergraduates of our Academy.

At the end of the internship, undergraduates were awarded with certificates on passing the internship.
